Job Description

Description:Overview






The Project Lead represents our
company in a typical deployment projects of typically needing to interact with client person or persons
directly responsible for the projec. They coordinate and teach clients and
their customers the solution and leverage our implementation methodology as
appropriate to ensure success.  They are responsible to guide the client
and customer in planning and executing the project.  They configure the
solution and assist in data loading and instruct our resources through
appropriate channels including service requests, SMEs, knowledge base, new
SOWs for integrations and escalations to management and leadership.  On
some cases they will have a team member assigned to assist in data loads,
however they often will complete the work independently with the client.



They are the primary face for the account and responsible for the overall
success of client and their customer in their delivery and use of the application
and integrated components.  They are sometimes supported on the account
by their manager/director.









Essential Job Functions






Manage vendor and project team
performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, all
regulating entities and client expectations. 






Assist Client to develop and
execute project specific and client driven goals, schedules, budgets,
strategy and detailed assumptions with methodology for accomplishing and/or
managing goals and objectives.






Establish and maintain project
goals and success criteria. 






Build and maintain rapport with
client representatives and ensure that the scopes of project and outside
business forces affecting the project is fully understood and that specific
deliverables are fully understood with performance standards and other
relevant criteria. 






Coordinate any necessary due
diligence efforts on behalf of the internal team, project partners, clients
and/or end users, maintaining and delivering all appropriate
documentation. 






Act as the primary contact with
the client throughout the duration of the project and escalate to management
when necessary..






Guide the client  through
the design implementation process including conceptual, process, design
development and documentation and signoff. 






Develop and maintain Master
Project Schedules and manage the successful execution of projects so that
completion falls within intended time-frames. 






Facilitate initiation of all
critical project meetings and coordination exercises with internal staff, key
stakeholders and external users to ensure responsibilities are efficiently,
accurately and effectively communicated and understood by all
concerned. 






Manage project performance
against schedules, scheduled milestones and critical path items on multiple
projects. 













Company Growth






Identify, manage and mitigate
areas of concern regarding potential liabilities and risk (fee, our
reputation, errors and omissions, etc.) to Manager and Professional Services
Leadership.






Contribute where needed and/or
requested by Leadership in the refinement of best practices of standards of
excellence for the professional services and overall.






Insure that Team members are
fully and accurately informed of all project, internal, client and
customer issues affecting the perception of the local, national and
global reputation.






Deliver projects on time to
establish monthly recurring revenue.













Business Development






Directly responsible for
enhancing team revenues through the maintenance and expansion of existing
client relationships and by developing new relationships. 






Looks for opportunities to
expand solution use and scope during and after deployment until handed off to
a customer relationship manager.






Be able to discern and document key
stakeholders for client and client's customers.






Functions as a subject matter
expert for a specific product or service.  (SME Program)






Able to communicate all
available products and service offerings of the Firm. 









Accounts Receivable






Work with sales and integration
teams to organize SOW for integration labor and ensure client
agreement/signature.






Accountable to deliver project
on time and therefore begin Revenue flow.






Accountable to ensure personal
performance to ensure no issues with client billing and collections.






Must get travel approved with
client to ensure collection of travel costs from client.









Education and Experience






Bachelor Degree from an accredited
institution, Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
preferred






2-5 years as Analyst or similar
role.













Knowledge, Skills and Abilities






Ability to instruct others on
how to leverage our tools to transform and load data; and in some cases
assist in the effort.






Ability to regularly communicate
analyzed data to client and team to achieve project goals






System Expert.  Can
Configure and guide customers through all aspects of the application.






Highly organized with strong
analytical skills.






Can navigate and client internal
processes and methods to achieve tasks for the client.






Strong interpersonal skills with
an ability to interact with project level external and internal clients as well
as external team members (Client's Customers, IT representatives, etc.).






Ability to manage all aspects of
business software/process re-engineering projects effectively and
efficiently including, but not limited to scheduling, submittals, change orders. 
There is a limited budget responsibility in this role.






Demonstrates skills that enable
the individual to successfully execute more complex transactions. May be
recognized leader within Firm for his/her area of specialization.  Assumes lead role on complex client
assignments.






Extensive knowledge of MS Office
applications and MS Project.
