Job Description

BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field and 5+ years in a senior digital marketing role
Ecommerce retail experience preferred
Knowledge of 3rd party marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay) seller portals
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Ability to identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing (analysis & implementation of experiment findings)
Advanced understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics – Tag Manager & Data Studio, SEMRush, MOZ, Domo, Heap Analytics)
Extensive experience with Google AdWords and paid search publisher platforms
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Advanced knowledge of enterprise-scale ESP solutions, experience with Bronto, commerce marketing automation email provider, is a plus
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Google AdWords Certification (not AdWords Reseller Certification)
Google Analytics Certification
Bing Ads Accredited Professional Certification
Yahoo Gemini Certification

Plan and execute digital marketing strategy& campaigns on various marketing channels including SEM/SEO, email, social media, 3rd party marketplaces, affiliate, and comparison shopping engines
Manage internal marketing team (social media strategist and marketing/SEO analyst) to ensure all functions align with overall marketing strategy
Manage paid search digital marketing agency and ad spend of more than $5 million annually
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns/channels, assess against goals and implement strategic improvements if necessary
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
 Work collaboratively with creative, merchandising and IT teams, especially in the planning and execution of monthly product promotions
Manage/monitor product promotions & brand channel allowances in accordance with vendor MAP policies.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Monitor channel effectiveness and multi-channel purchase funnel utilizing advanced attribution modeling
Manage 3rd party marketplace seller accounts for optimized and error-free listings
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Track channel ad spend and performance against marketing budget and forecasted growth
