Description:Our client in the Plano area has a new opportunity for a Client Service Representative/Administrative Assistant 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•             Perform administrative and office support activities for their Corporate Division, working both independently and as a team member.
•             Duties include: fielding telephone calls, word processing, filing, data entry, scanning, and organizing electronic files. Attention to detail is critical.
•             Conduct research, compile and type 60 wpm, or more, in various reports, handling confidential and sensitive information.
•             Intermediate-to-advanced software skills are required in Excel, Word and Outlook, as-well-as Internet research abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language to speak with clients from field personnel up to the executive level.  Experience with Google mail is a plus.
Experience in the Construction/Building industry is an added plus.
