Description:Must be fluent in Spanish


We are looking for someone with at least 2-3 years'
experience in Call Center environment and Customer Service skills. We would
like them to have a medical background with knowledge of CPT codes, HIPPA Laws
and Medical claims would be helpful. 


A college degree is preferred but will consider two to three years of customer
service business experience.  


Must have superior verbal and written communication skills, a high degree of
analytical and problem-solving skills


Strong computer skills


A strong knowledge of internet, e-mail, and database software.  


A working knowledge of ICD9, ICD-10, CPT codes, medical terminology and HIPAA
guidelines is a plus. 


          Superior Organizational


Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment is essential


Dependable in reporting to work on time
