Our client is searching for an individual with experience selling HR related solutions (training, organizational development, RPO solutions, outplacement services, payroll software, etc) This position is responsible for development of new accounts through lead generation,  prospect management and networking;  identifying opportunities through consultative presentation and proposal writing of  the various lines of business offered;  working with clients to create solutions for their needs throughout the sales process. Continue maintenance of established account relationships for a professional service firm.   Responsibilities:Develop, maintain and leverage relationships with senior level HR/OD client contacts for new business development.Identify and develop opportunities for business development within existing client base.Oversee proposal writing and presentation strategy for new and existing clients.Close opportunities and build up the pipeline through appropriate sales presentations and meetings.Oversee service agreements and contract renewals.Coordinate delivery of account services to specific clients.Be seen as the “face” of the company in market area.Manage key partner relationships.Work closely with VP Career Services/Talent Management, marketing and the Managing Partners to drive revenue goals.Maintain accurate and complete database in Salesforce. Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunitiesTake a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnershipsIdentify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targetsDevelop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integrationAssist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategiesDevelop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices Experience/Skills/Knowledge:Well-regarded sales in HR professional with 7 to 10 years experience and wide network of business contacts, positive customer service experience and direct sales experienceStrategic thinker; proactive marketing and business development professionalDemonstrated success setting and meeting goals and objectivesExcellent computer skills and comfort with technology, proficient with LinkedIn and other mainstream social networking practicesExperience with CRM software SalesforceExperience reprioritizing goals and directions based on shifts in external and internal client needs and internal resourcesCompetencies:Models good communication skills and provides role model for project managementAbility to facilitate dynamic meetings that energize colleagues, taps into creativity, develops consensus and results in incremental productivity and effectivenessAbility to work well under pressure, extremely well organized and detail oriented with strong written and verbal presentation skills with a wide perspectiveMaintain culture of integrity, value flexibility and respectful workplace Education: Bachelor’s degree requiredMaster’s degree preferred
