Description:We are seeking a talent management enthusiast to drive our organization-wide talent acquisition and development initiatives. You’ll help us find and hire smart, motivated, get-it-done people, develop current and future leaders in the organization, foster a mission-driven culture, and ultimately, build an awesome workplace that supports our company mission and customer base. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first talent leader in the organization, and to report directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Build and manage the talent pipeline for current and future job openings
- Lead talent sourcing strategies and tactics
- Oversee all stages of the candidate experience, from application to the first day
- Build local awareness of the company brand
- Measure and manage recruitment metrics
- Lead company culture development initiatives
- Oversee employee training and performance management processes
- Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of personnel policies and procedures
- Assist with benefits administration
- Ensure the company is in compliance Federal and State laws
- 75% Recruiting Responsibilities & 25% HR Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years’ experience recruiting and human resources
- Demonstrable success managing a recruitment pipeline
- Demonstrable success managing performance management processes
- Demonstrable success helping to build and support company culture
- A “just get it done” attitude and desire for progressively increasing responsibility
