Who are you?                                                                                                                                                    As  Systems  and  Network  Administrator,  you  will  protect  our  critical  information,  systems,  and  assets,  build solutions, implement new software and hardware, provide training, and assist in the development of an overall IT strategy. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, proven professional experience and a detailed knowledgeof industry’s best practice processes.  What will you have to do?                                                                                                                                Key responsibilities include: •    Maintain, configure, and reliably operate computer systems, network servers, and virtualization•    Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues•    Install, configure and maintain IPS/IDS, Firewall, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, Anti Malware, etc. for maximum internal network protection.•    Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures•    Maintain internal communication hardware, VoIP, and any related equipment, services, and platforms.•    Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions•    Own technology related projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative•    Co-ordinate and respond to Security Exchange Commission (SEC) and vendor information system audits•    Identify and act on opportunities to implement technical solutions and process/ policies based on audits•    Responsible for enterprise wise IT related procurement needs•    Provide coaching and direction to IT team members•    Performs such other duties as may be required from time to time What do you have to have?                                                                                                                              •    Bachelor’s   degree   or   equivalent   in   Information   Technology,   Computer   Science,   System   /   BusinessAdministration or a technology related field•    5+ years of database, network administration, or system administration experience•    System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus•    Google workspace / G-suite administration experience; Google Admin certification desired•    Experience with FortiNet – strong preference for NSE certification (level 4 or higher)•    Voice over IP experience•    Experience with basic web server administration•    MS SQL server administration experience•    Experience with AWS (RDS, EC2, S3, VPC, Route53, IAM), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and  Microsoft365 are a plus  Additional Skills:                                                                                                                                              •    Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Systems Administrator(CISA) certifications highly desired•    Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols•    A proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans•    Strong  knowledge  of  implementing  and  effectively  developing  helpdesk  and  IT  operations  best  practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols•    Excellent  verbal  and  written  communication  skills  and  a  "get-the-job  done"  attitude  –  going  beyond  the minimum requested ask.•    Willingness to learn and teach oneself new skills when necessary – “think outside the box”•    Flexible working style with the ability to work independently or as a team member and the desire to work in a changing environment.•    Self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks/responsibilities simultaneously.•    Professional with ability to work with multiple internal clients and peers  Compensation and Benefits:                                                                                                                             •    Competitive salary•    Flexible paid time off•    Medical, dental, vision, short-term, long-term, life and accident insurance•    401k retirement savings plan with employer match•    We pay for your gym membership as long as you use it•    Flexible work schedules•    Education assistance
