Job Description

Description:As a reconciliation/data analyst you will reconcile and resolve data on a daily basis and ensure timely issue of compliance and regulatory reports on behalf of the company and our partner companies.
Daily Responsibilities:
• Run multiple reports from external sources to sync internal databases
• Export multiple reports from various databases each morning to compile into a single reconciliation for customer invoices and plant uploads
• Mine through data to match content of each report to ensure there are no variances before building import files
• Identify variances to permit uploads same day
• Execute daily uploads to appropriate database or website
• Pull incoming trade reports and reconcile against internal data and supplier invoices
• Identify incoming trades variances same day
• Accept verified incoming trades with internal identifiers in associated database or website
• Validate internal database inventories with government web-based inventories each morning and afternoon
• Issue fully compliant daily Product Transfer Documents (PTDs) and reports to customers and suppliers once uploads are confirmed
• Maintain strict compliance windows and timelines
Ogoing Responsibilities:
• Assist with weekly/monthly/quarterly volume reconciliations and variance issue resolution
• Assist with quarterly and annual RIN reporting for the company and marketed suppliers as contractually obligated
Skills:
• Excellent Excel skills – must pass pre-employment screen
• Access skills a plus
• Data mining and analysis required
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Intelligent problem-solver
• Great interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
• Hard and efficient worker with a great work ethic
• Positive attitude with internal and external customer relation skills
• Ability to quickly learn different software and database platforms
• Associates degree or some college
• 2-3 years experience with data analysis or related activity
