Senior Program Manager.   In the role of Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will support the development and implementation of project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.We are looking for someone who demonstrates:Intense collaborationPassionate customer focusThoughtful, fast, disciplined executionTenacious commitment to continuous improvementRelentless drive to winHere is a glimpse of what you'll do...Be responsible for programs and customer accounts of varying size and complexityLead the cross functional program team through various product development life cycle phasesParticipate with functional managers in establishing strategic organizational plans and objectivesReview program proposals to determine program requirements for timeline, funding, staffing, etcDevelop project plans, schedules, and budget to meet program requirementsEstablish staffing plans for each phase of program, including arranging for and supporting recruitment or assignment of personnelManage interdepartmental program deliverables and milestones to ensure completion to committed plans relative to budget, timeline, quality, and required business metricsCoordinate program activities with regulatory or governmental agencies as requiredMonitor and track relevant metrics and drive action items based on resultsProvide support, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as requiredSupport production sites for projects, costs, and other customer related matters through leadership and expertiseMaintain excellent customer relationships, maintaining current business and developing new business opportunitiesAct as key channel of communication for customers and escalation point in the event of customer issuesBe responsible for customer satisfaction reviews and associated corrective actionsTravel as requiredHere is some of what you'll need (required)...Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience8 + years of experience in medical device product development, including electrical, mechanical, or software product design and design verificationA minimum of5 years of experience in project or program managementExperience managing customer relationshipsHere are a few of our preferred experiences...PMP or PgMP CertificationMaster's degree
