Recruiter/ Recruiting Intern HumCap is a Plano-based Recruiting and HR firm, providing value-added staffing,

Recruiters to join our team! This is a great opportunity for a recent college

In this role, you will:• Interact with hiring managers and candidates in a variety of settings• Sourcing candidates using a variety of techniques, including mining
candidates from job boards and cold calling• Thoroughly screen candidates for positions• Prepare candidates for client interview processes• Manage feedback gathering from hiring managers• Prepare candidate for offer processes and compensation discussions• Develop and implement a consistent interviewing process across departments
that focuses on candidate qualifications and fit• Organize work to maximize productivity and increase efficiency• Exhibit the ability to interact effectively with various types of people• Choose to take initiative and ownership of projects• Develop long-term relationships with candidates• Attend networking events to build relationships with potential clients and
prospective candidatesWE ARE LOOKING FOR

the recruitment cycle• Professional, able to build relationships, and influence othersREQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• 0– 2
years’ experience as Recruiter or Sourcer in an agency or corporate environment• Strong PC Computer Skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint),
Internet, Databases• Selling experience a plus!REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree
