Description:The client is a startup founded on ground-breaking algorithms
and mathematical ideas. They are applying these ideas in the area of
Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT).


The client uses a software platform designed to build
fully-distributed applications that harness the power of the cloud without
servers. Now users can develop applications with fair  decision making,
speed, trust and reliability, at a fraction of the cost of traditional
server-based platforms.

We are looking for Senior/Architect level developers, coding
is an essential & significant part of the job. 

We are looking for someone that can anchor the team (we can
build a team around), hence the seniority requirement. But that someone must be
able and want to code.

Architecture & design would be a natural and equally
essential part of the job.


Job Description



Strong grasp of Computer Science
fundamentals including concurrency, performance optimization, and
Familiarity with and interest in
mathematical  concepts, principles and techniques
Proficiency in Java with knowledge of
ecosystem of libraries and tools
Deep knowledge of and experience with
the Java VM, covering its strengths and weaknesses
Familiarity with high-performance
architectural systems and design patterns
Experience in developing libraries and
platforms for use and deployment by application developers
Strong engineering principles and
processes aimed at developing simple, modular and high-quality code.
Familiarity with test-driven software
development processes and continuous integration tools and systems



Develop various aspects of the client platform
Develop sample applications to
demonstrate value and strength of the platform
Sample applications will include web,
mobile and embedded development
Assist 3rd party developers in
development of a wide range of applications based on the client platform,
including financial transactions, gaming and database applications
