Human Resources Manager  Job Summary:  If you are enthusiastic about working in an environment with a people-first culture and an organization committed to teamwork and growth, we would love to talk to you about our immediate opportunity for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager’s responsibilities include full-scale HR Generalist support for all aspects of the company’s operations. The HRM will report to the COO and be involved in the development and implementation of strategic and tactical HR programs. This role must thrive in a fast-paced environment and seek out opportunities for continuous improvement. The HRM must demonstrate an expertise in employee relations, diversity and inclusion projects, performance management, management and employee coaching/development, conflict management, and compliance and audit standards. Essential Job DutiesDevelop organizational strategy for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, succession planning, employee satisfaction and engagement, retention, health and safety etc.Elevate the employee-centered focus in the company by devising strategies for talent acquisition, selection, orientation, training and development, performance evaluation, coaching and counseling, implementing change etc.Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions, analyzing organizational information, trends, and their applications to senior management.Support Leadership Development initiatives and encourage continuous learning for all employees. Promote employee engagement through the encouragement of employees to participate in various activities: learning and growing, problem solving, performance recognition systems, and cross functional teams. Develop, implement, and maintain programs and events promoting positive employee relations.Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics.Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.Address employee grievances including investigations and policy violations invoking disciplinary action when required.Anticipate and resolve legal and regulatory compliance including litigation risks.Competencies & Skill RequirementsExcellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulationsThorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practicesA business acumen partnered with attention to the human elementKnowledge of data analysis and reportingExcellent organizational and leadership skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsTrilingual is a home run.  Bi-lingual in English / Spanish is preferred.  Ability to speak Vietnamese is a huge plus.Diligent and firm with high ethical standardsExperience with MS Office

Qualifications &ExperienceMinimum 5 years in Human Resource Management in Manufacturing Operations (food industry preferred)Proven experience as HR Manager SHRM-CP or PHR preferredBS/BA in human resources, business administration or related field Experience in management and development with staff of over 50Experience in developing and maintaining HR metrics and budgetsPhysical
