Human Resources Manager
Our client is looking for a Human Resources Manager for a fast-growing
company in Irving, TX.  They are looking
for a full time CREATIVE, HIGH ENERGY, EXPERIENCED Human Resource Leader with 7+
years of HR management experience. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced
environment, is a self-starter, capable of multi-tasking, and able to
effectively communicate with all levels of our organization.
Compensation is $75,000-$85,000.
Position Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Manager guides and manages the overall
provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for a mid-sized company.
• The Human Resources Manager originates and leads Human
Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high
performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and
standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a
superior workforce.
• Enter/Maintain Data in company HRIS: Manage daily
operations such as processing new hires, data changes, and terminations.
Coordinate with payroll on all updates and/or changes to associate records.
• Benefit administration, coordinate all leaves, conduct
employee meetings and issues concerning benefits and input all into HRIS
system; Respond to all inquiries regarding benefits and other HR matters in a
prompt & timely manner; serve as liaison between associates and insurance
carriers.
• Coach Managers and associates to provide solutions to
problem resolution; advise and counsel associates and management to increase
team effectiveness. Effectively manage performance improvement process
discussions with associates and managers.
• Interpret, enhance and administer applicable HR policies,
procedures, documentation and programs. Coordinate the resolution of specific
policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries. Update all HR procedures
and policies in the employee handbook as required for compliance.
• Develop and maintain effective recruiting and on-boarding
process; Facilitate and look for ways to further enhance new hire orientation sessions.
 • Ensure compliance
with federal and state laws and regulations in all HR-related matters.
  Skills and
Qualifications:
• 7+ year’s experience as an HR Generalist/Manager (PHR
Certification a plus)
• Excellent communication, engagement, and diplomacy skills
in dealing with employees at all levels of the organization
 • Ability to create,
foster and grow business relationships with management and team members and
outside vendors
• Excellent computer and MS Office and HRIS skills required
 • HR experience for a
Software as a service or tech company
 • Bachelor’s Degree
