This person will be an independent, self-starter who can create and administer HR policies to improve employee experience and ensure compliance for the company. WHAT YOU’LL DO Oversee HR system and ensure compliance with all local, state and federal HR requirementsWrite, implement, and administer HR policies and programsAssist employees with questions on policy, benefits or systemsOversee employee relations of active employeesAdministers Unemployment Claims, Leaves of Absences and Medical inquiriesSelect, oversee, and administer employee benefits. Coordinates health, life and disability insurance enrollments and communicates with service providers concerning routine administration of programsOversee and support functional teams in talent acquisitionConduct new employee onboarding. Assists in the development and implementation of HR-related training programs such as new hire orientation as well as policy and procedure trainingDevelop and implement employee engagement programs to improve employee experience and increase retention WHAT YOU HAVE Excellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to build collaborative peer relationships across an organizationExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritizeAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialityAt least 3+ years of HR experienceHR Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) a plusCollege degree requiredThe role is based out of our Dallas, TX Headquarters
