Then this role may be for you!HumCap is recruiting on behalf of a cloud-based software company who is searching for a Director of Technical Support. The Director reports to the CTO and is responsible for providing oversite and support to technical support teams. This is a full time position with benefits.Roles:• Oversee a team of 7-10 technical support employees and manager• Lead support for software products, performance and reliability concerns, conduct testing for client issues, and facilitate quality control standards• Mentor and grow 1st and 2nd level support• Develop clearly defined objectives, time schedules and give functional direction to the team

Qualifications:• 10-15 years of experience supporting software products and services• 5 years minimum of managerial experience in technical/customer support at a software company• Experience with bots and computer aided support• Understanding of best practices and procedures that create world class support department• Thorough knowledge of software development, industry standards, and audit processes• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain excellent management skills• Deal with tense situations with ease• Entrepreneurial with a winning attitude and a hunger for success
