Then this role may be for you!HumCap's client in the Dallas metroplex is searching for a Customer Success Manager to join their team. You will join a team of 9 other Customer Success Managers who oversee all of the company accounts post software deployment and implementation.The Company & Team:The company is a Fortune 500 SaaS client with clients in a wide range of size and scope. The Customer Success Team is broken up in to three tiers- small, midsized, and enterprise clients. The team is looking for a Customer Success Manager to help with either their midsized or enterprise customers.
