No matter one’s gender, nationality, age, or class, everyone deserves a seat at the table, whether it is the dinner table or the table of opportunity.We are seeking a Client Support Representative to develop relationships with existing clients, primarily by phone and email to ensure client satisfaction and assist in the growth of sales for Van’s Kitchen products. This position will serve as an integral part of Van’s Kitchen Sales Department and will work closely with the Chief Sales Officer, Key Account Manager, Brokers and Marketing team.Essential Job Duties• Process all sales orders with accuracy and timeliness in our ERP system.• Manage B2B Client Service inquiries and issues.• Coordinate sample shipments for perishable goods.• Maintain and update sales lead information in CRM.• Provide support for trade shows and participate in selling events as necessary.• Coordinate client and broker set-up with the accounting department.• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material• Respond to concerns from clients and give post sales support as requested.• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information• Support sales team members.Competencies & Skill Requirements• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Power Point and at least intermediate Excel skill set.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to engage and interact effectively at all client levels.• Strong attention to detail.• Possess a high level of professionalism and excellent follow-through skills.• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills• Able to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.• Able to establish and maintain strong business partnerships.• Ability to learn and apply new concepts.• Experience with CRM Microsoft Dynamics a plus.• Experience with ERP systems (AccountMate) a plus
