The incumbent manages the relationships with clinics, coaches on how to sell protocol and products, monitors clinics’ compliance, provides superior customer service, drives contract renewals, and focuses on existing clinic growth. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages relationship with clinics in assigned territory, regularly engaging with all clinic stakeholders beginning with the physician/clinic owner
• Monitors actively clinics at risk of attrition and develops clinic/modality-specific retention and growth plans
• Identifies and capitalizes closely on opportunities to increase dieter/patient traffic and secure ongoing sustainable growth within existing accounts
• Drives contract renewals by proactively understanding physician/clinic owner patient outcome and profitability goals, and leveraging company best practices to achieve those goals
• Holds seminars and coach clinics on how to sell protocol and proactively converts dieters/patients
• Holds clinics accountable to executing the protocol correctly and most effectively
• Maintains meaningful proactive communication with all clinics, identifying and regularly delivering industry knowledge capital of interest to customers
• Provides superior customer service, maintains clinic data, and keep detailed, accurate records of all communication to clinics
• Supports clinics with central marketing and communications/ social media optimization, keeping them abreast of company initiatives and key success drivers/ innovations
• Monitors clinic and dieter purchasing trends proactively, supports clinics in coach training and retention and ensures consistent high-quality service delivery to all clients
• Travels to visit customer accounts as needed to maximize retention and growth (approximately 65%+)

• Ability to connect with a wide range of client stakeholders, up to the clinic owner level
• Willingness to challenge and have the tough ‘business development’ conversations, recommending best practice and shared learnings; being a ‘critical friend’; and advisor to clinic owners/managers and coaches
• Willingness to take on new business and ‘own’ clinic issues- by seeking and securing solutions with corporate colleagues and Regional Vice Presidents by implementing novel action plans.
• Ability to grow book of business and maximize earnings
• Ability to persuade and lead clinics, as well as inspire and convert prospective dieters
• Great understanding of the weight loss journey and the commercial challenges for (often small, independent) business owners
• Knowledge of various business development and service improvement methods and techniques
• Exceptional communication skills, oral and written
• Pleasant and professional telephone presence
• Effective at influencing and persuading people.
• Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to compile, report and maintain all relevant data (prospective customers/business development opportunities/visits) with the current CRM tool, to monitor activities
• Proficient with the office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint) Education, Training, & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Health Sciences) or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales or account management experience, including at least 2 years in a role requiring face-to-face visits to clients
• Proven history of growing a book of business
• Proven experience managing multiple accounts/customers simultaneously
• Experience managing customer relationships from a remote setting
• Traveling up to 2 weeks per month
