Job DescriptionOur client, an investment advisory firm located in Atlanta, GA  is looking to fill a position for a client relationship manager to serve in a multi-faceted position assisting clients, advisors, and leadership with the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the firm. We are looking for someone excited to work in a growing, fast paced environment with an ability work both as a liaison between clients and advisors, as well as with the leadership team to move projects forward. Key FunctionsIncludes, but is not limited to:Manage client relationships and execute on all service related requestsWork in all aspects of client engagement, including administrative and operational account preparation, service, and maintenanceRespond to and complete client and advisor requests; complete necessary internal and custodian paperwork to meet compliance requirements, open accounts, transfer assets, general account maintenance, etc.Troubleshoot by researching and resolving any unresolved issues or tasks related to the administrative or operational aspects of the roleSchedule client reviews and prepare needed paperwork and reports; compile the review documents for the advisor, and ensure any outstanding paperwork is provided as part of the reviewLearn and utilize our platforms such as our CRM, aggregation system, custodian platforms, etc.Participate and help with all company initiatives and projects; help implement standardization, process improvement, and training Ability to work independently and as a teamAbility to quickly pivot and manage multiple tasks at one timeAbility to participate on and contribute to special project teams or committees in conjunction with meeting day-to-day CRM responsibilities Education/Certification/Experience Requirements4 year degree preferred4+ years of experience in the financial services industry, RIA preferredSecurities licenses preferredStrong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsBasic knowledge and understanding of the securities industry and regulatory expectations Strong attention to detail and process
