Property Manager - Dallas, TX

 




If you have strong office management skills
and have the desire to move into property management this could be the
opportunity for you.

•        
Works
with Property Accountant to finalize monthly billing

•        
Create
Tenant Bill back form and secure tenant’s approval for all jobs initiated by
the APM.

•        
Process,
within 24 hours of receipt, tenant rep lease commissions utilizing lease
commission form.

•        
Ensures
the highest quality of tenant services, communication, and retention efforts
from staff.

•        
Plans
and directs all tenant functions, tenant or broker gifts, and holiday
decorations.

•        
Process
and complete all tenant move-Ins, including: ensuring receipt of tenant
contact list, COI’s, W-9s, processing access card requests, directory strips
and signage, obtaining mover’s insurance and ensuring that building rules are
followed and move is coordinated with other building activities, etc.

•        
Conduct
regular inspection of suites, common areas and property to insure adherence
to property standards.

•        
Responsible
for vendor management (which includes bidding, inspecting, contracting and
reviewing services provided) for all vendors (other than the four the PM is
responsible for), maintain vendor summary list for all vendors.

Requirements:

Real estate experience a plus
Positive attitude and professional customer service
skills
MRI (accounting) experience preferable, AVID and
Angus Anywhere experience a plus
Ability to fulfill full property manager role (with
support) when manager is away
